These efforts are led by our cross-functional Sustainability Committee, made up of associates from various departments across the hotels.
The committee consists of three focus areas: Kind to the Planet, Kind to the Community, and Kind to People.

Kind to the Planet Initiatives
- Introduction of plastic-free amenities
- Upcycling cherry blossom decorations after seasonal displays
Kind to the Community Initiatives
- Regular community clean-up activities
- Welcoming students from the Shinjuku School for Special Needs Education for educational lunch visits
- Hosting a traditional event in conjunction with the Kabukicho BON ODORI Festival
Kind to People Initiatives
- Participation in Tokyo Pride 2025
- Hosting BLING BLING NIGHT, a Pride Month event in collaboration with Shinjuku Ni-chome
- Participation in the Pride Action 30 initiative
- Development of a Universal Accessibility Map
- Participation in the Tokyo International Deaf Arts Festival
